This unique program addresses the needs of teaching techniques for both pre-primary and primary sections of the school as the course empowers the teacher to teach age group between 2-12 years of children with panache. There are various methodologies that we provide in our course that includes Regio Emilia approach, Project Method, Thematic Method, Nursery Method, Montessori Method, Kindergarten method etc. We focus on learning through activities as the young learners learn the most by doing. Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training Program:

The Montessori Method of education, developed by Maria Montessori, is a child – centred educational approach based on scientific observations of children from birth to adulthood. In Montessori classrooms children make creative choices in their learning, while the classroom and the teacher offer age- appropriate activities to guide the process. In a typical Montessori classroom children work in groups and individually to discover and explore knowledge of the world and to develop their maximum potential. Montessori teacher training program supports the teaching of children from birth to middle school. It can be broadly divided in the following categories:

• Infant/ Toddler – for children aged birth to three years
• Primary – for children aged three to six years
• Elementary – for children aged six to nine years (Lower elementary, ages six to nine; Upper elementary, ages nine to twelve)
• Adolescence – for adolescents aged twelve to fifteen years.

Montessori education at INTESOL provides a context of practical application of academics; emphasize the development of self expression, true self – reliance; understanding interpersonal relationships, development of self confidence, imagination, intellectual independence and self – efficacy. The course contains a large variety of materials for the refinement of sensory perception and the development of literacy and mathematical understanding.
